Reminding people of the law is at the same time simple and effective....as well as like poking a stick in the purposely-ignorant person's eye! Over the last decade I've had to engage in debate, send letters-to-the-editor, and usually correct people about an under-enforced law. This sticker is by far more effective. Elegant idea! Beautiful.
